[6.4] 404 Error page, for user which is logged and haven't privileges/role to project.

- Visiting project page while not logged in will redirect to sign-in instead of 404 (Jason Hollingsworth)
Unfortunately, it was not completely repaired problem. :(
steps: 1.) start point, user isn't logged... 2.) try open project URL -> redirect to login page. This is OK :) 3.) success login 3.) refresh prohect URL... 404 ERROR PAGE.
What's happen? Logged user haven't privileges to this project, instead of 404 error page, will be beter open page with information "You have't privileges to view this project"
