Limit therubyracer version for old linux distribution

Created by: zedtux

Hello,

Migrating Gitlab until 6.3 worked smoothly and nicely but then upgrading to 6.4 fail on gem installation because a compilation step is executed when installing the libv8 gem.

Here it's failing because I have an too old linux version and so a too old gcc version.

Limiting the version of therubyracer to 0.11.4 fix this issue as it use the 3.16.14.3 version of the libv8 gem which works.

Is it possible to update the Gemfile as following ?

gem "therubyracer", "~> 0.11.4"
