Searching in public repository leads to HTTP 500 ERROR

Summary
When browsing in a public repository without being one of its members, searching in the top search bar leads to the "We're sorry, but something went wrong." page.
Searching should work if the repository is public or internal.
Steps to reproduce
- Create a new repository, marking it as public or internal.
- Log out or sign in as another user
- Search for the repository in the public area and go to its home page.
- Search in the top search bar.
