Host key verification failed

Host key verification failed

Created by: ilongley

I'm having trouble getting Gtilabhq to access gitosis when creating a new project from the web interface. I'm running the rails app as the git user. A look in the apache error logs reveals -

Host key verification failed. fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly cache: [POST /projects] invalidate, pass cache: [GET /errors/gitosis] miss

For reference my config files are as follows -

config/gitosis.yml :

admin_uri: git@localhost:gitosis-admin.git base_path: /home/git/repositories/ host: localhost git_user: git

/home/git/repositories/gitosis-admin.git/.gitosis.conf :

[gitosis]

[group gitosis-admin] writable = gitosis-admin members = git

I'm probably not configuring gitosis correctly - any ideas?

I've managed to resolve the above by adding the git user to the allowed logins in sshd_config.

Have you added your 'git' user key to your authorized keys?
