ssh - Not a RSA1 key file

Need help
Running on Centos 6
I've set up gitlab and the web interface works but when I try to test my ssh connection i get the following.
This is the command.

[email protected]'s password:Its not the key because it tested it on github and its works. Can someone help me or atleast point me in the correct direction to debug and fix the problem.
