Hello All!!! If I want run Gitlab on MySQL, but if MySQL does not installed on my Ubuntu (possible) how to install or update MySQL? May be in doc/installation.md add few lines about installing MySQL such:

sudo apt-get install mysql-server mysql-client sudo apt-get install libmysql-ruby

BTW You don't want to install libmysql-ruby. It's a packaged gem for system ruby. You don't use system ruby, because you need to install ruby-1.9.2-p290 during installation.
