Move merge request, generated broken link

Created by: d3m3vilurr

GitLab info: Version: 6.2.2 8c871db Backend DB: PostgreSQL 9.1

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Fork master repo to work repo. master repo should have merge request. (request number not start 1)
  2. Push your work to work repo branch
  3. Create merge request work repo to work repo (mistake case) this request maybe gain number 1
  4. Edit merge request, target branch change master repo

Expected behavior: Moved request cannot control anymore. Two request have same request number, web link select oldest one.
