New layout/responsive Issues

UI in GitLab 6.5.1 doesn't look as polished as in 6.4.3, mostly because of the new version of bootstrap I guess. I figured bundling the issues together in 1 issue would be better.
Mobile view - project list is inaccessible - #6114 (closed) (fixed!)
Padding in alert blocks is not nice, and the top block should be a warning block (yellow bg), guess it's missing some class:
Dropdown icon looks stretched:
Toggled menu on mobile is really ugly, maybe display some title next to it and make actual menu and make some background for it (fixed!):
