Consider using fixed-width font style in textarea in issue, wiki and wall

Created by: eRQee

I think, it will better to style the textarea when create issue/comment/wiki/wall with fixed width font. It will precise to create "table", indentation of codes, write an hierachical list and other benefit.

Please to be consider. Many thanks for the good work. 👍
