Installation issues

Hello This might not be the right place to ask for help but I searched on Google and could not find a solution to my problem.
I followed the official manual installation guide. When I try to check the installation with "sudo -u git -H bundle exec rake gitlab:check RAILS_ENV=production" it returns: http://pastebin.com/pS8Cp0xi
The server is located in my home and runs Ubuntu Server 13.10. The domain is kerim.us.to, Again im sorry if this is not the right place to ask for help but could not find another place to ask for help. UPDATE: I want to run GitLab on git.kerim.us.to
