Allow snippets to be private but shareable to registered users that you can specify.

It'd be nice to select which users can view your snippets when your snippet is private.
Also, it'd be nice to be able to share your snippet with the world. Currently the "public" settings only allows any logged in user to view your snippet, but not anyone who isn't logged in. I want to have public snippets so people don't need to log in.
