Uploading a file in an issue comment causes Error 500

Created by: thelinuxer

Hi,

I got a droplet from digitalocean with gitlab pre-installed. Trying to upload attachments to issue comments causes a 500 error(didn't try it anywhere else).

Searching online I found people saying it was solved after an upgrade so I ran the upgrade script, but the problem is still there.
