Unable to Save public key

Going here: Administrator->Keys->Add New I see the popup but I am unable to save my key, clicking on "Save" does not close the window and key does not appear to be saved.
I am running Chrome 12 browser.
On the server I have the preconfigured Ubuntu VM image.
