No space between bullet list and first line after the bullet list

E.g. when using a bullet list for commenting an issue: There is a space-between-2-paragraphs-size-gap (i.e. a reasonably-sized gap) between a normal line of text and the first bulleted line in the list. But the gap after the last bulleted line is way too narrow.
