Deliver gravatar data as HTTPS

Hi,
When using gitlab under https, gravatars are still delivered as http. This can easily be fixed by changing www.gravatar.com to secure.gravatar.com for secure connetions as well as changing the connection scheme, as indicated here: https://en.gravatar.com/site/implement/images/
