File Editing:Diff Mode

Summary: I was editing a file via Gitlab UI. After editing a file, I tried to go to diff mode or diff view then I noticed seeing the diff header(index) showing. I don't think that should be there.
Note: I Noticed too that it says Edit Mode should it be like Diff Mode?? or something?
