can't send merge request email When update 6.5.1 from 6.0

My 6.0 gitlab can send merge request email when necessarily.
But After I update 6.0 to 6.5 followd Offical Doc successfully, gitlab can't send merge request email.(of course, the other functions are ok.)
HOW CAN I FIND WHERE IS WRONG??
sendmail has already been installed
double check is all yes
sidediq is ok
any log failed to give my any cue
