markdown code blocks create undesired links

Created by: bmesserer

Trying to write certain code constructs in code blocks results in undesired file links being created, no matter whether inline-monospacing or a "real" code block.

Writing this:

Seq[String]("a")
Seq[Int](1)

results in

Seq[String](/path/to/repo/blob/master/"a")
Seq[Int](/path/to/repo/blob/master/1)

instead of literally. I've tried escaping the opening brace with a backslash, which does work but unfortunately also displays the backslash, Seq[String]\("a"\) results in a literal Seq[String]\("a"\). This makes it almost impossible to write Scala code examples in gitlab markdown.
