i can't create project, add ssh key

Hello when i create new project i got message "Gitosis Error

We're sorry, but we cant get access to your gitosis.

  1. Check 'config/gitosis.yml' for correct settings.
  2. Be sure web server user has access to gitosis."

i use nginx, in log cache: [GET /projects/new] miss cache: [GET /assets/jquery_ui/jquery-ui-1.8.16-2ed262856e91f9e13813c44c4fe3f205.custom] miss cache: [POST /projects] invalidate, pass cache: [GET /errors/gitosis] miss please help
