Add Support to Show Full Comment of Commit on ref #x Issue

Could it be added the functionality to when the message of commit includes ref #x: the full text is put on the log of the issue.
Currently on version 6.6.2 the message put on the issue is like this:
mentioned in commit 428facI would like something more like BitBucket,
Like this:
