Time reminder of activity can be more friendly

Created by: justlaputa

The time reminder of activities, like in the project home page, or merge request comment area:

XXX comment on merge request 1 about 10 hours ago

When every morning I came to work, it is hard to count hours and calculate exactly what time he/she works on this last night. So I think it is not user friendly as it makes me think. It would be better like this:

XXX comment on merge request 1 9:00 pm last night

But, if the time is too long, like '5 days ago', I feel it is OK.

This is just my personal feeling about user experience, but I think it is worth discussion.

Thanks!
