Adding javascript in _head.html.haml

Hi Everyone, I have an issue with Gitlab, in deed i need to add a javascript in my header. So i add to _head.html.haml :

= render 'layouts/livehelperchat'

and my _livehelperchat.html.haml contains my javascript like that :

  var lhcLang = "";
  if( "fr" === (window.navigator.userLanguage || window.navigator.language).substr(0,2) ) {
   lhcLang = "fre/";
  }
 var LHCChatOptions = {};
....

after i restart GitLab, no change in the web application, and if i look in the html head no trace of my modification.

Someone know how to do this ? Or maybe i have to do a recompile of the haml ?
