Feature Request: Nested issue replies

Would it be possible to nest comment replies on issues?
Issue: The cog wheel development
- Ed - The cog wheel is not round enough. a. Marry - Let's shave more around the edges b. Tom - I have the right tool for that.
The current format is linear and leaves less than desirable results as an issue is discussed from various topic points. I would like to see "reply to" and nest the reply under the parent commentator's post on that issue.
