I am currently unable to post (╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻) or other cool ascii art characters as messages to the top of gitlab. Right now it shows a 500 error if any of these symbols are entered. I would like to propose that the ability to do ascii art is supported in the message system.

This is in version 6.5.1 but i suspect still exists in the current release.
