Adding ssh key causes 404

Summary

When trying to add an SSH-Key Gitlab throws a 404 error

Reproduce

Install Gitlab 6.9 oder 7.0.0 according to the manual install guide. Try adding an SSH-Key afterwards Notice:

  • I upgraded to 6.9 from time to time as a new version was released (6.5->6.6; 6.6->6.7; up to 6.9)
  • I installed v7.0.0 from scratch on a new virtual machine (manual install instructions) running Linux Mint 17

Both have the same error.
