UX: Select role while adding a user (in admin-area)

Created by: stefanhoth

Since I ran into this problem: I want to know I have to adust the role for a new project member so it'd be better to select the role while adding the user(s) instead of having to go through the members list afterwards.

Also it'd be great if you could change the project access on the overview page (provided you have the rights to do so).

To be clear, I meant on this page: https://gitlab.-myserver-.com/admin/projects/-myproject- because I just noticed that I can do all that already in the non-admin-area of the project. :)
