Cannot add member to Project

Created by: DvdKhl

This is related to Issue #3698 (closed).

When I try to add a user to a project, gitlab (7.0.0 de9bf7da) replies with a 404.

Steps to reproduce: Click on any project => Settings => Members => New Project Member => Type Name => Choose Member in list => Add Users

Expected behavior: User added to member list of the project Observed behavior: Redirect to (gitlab) 404 page

Another gitlab (6.9.2 e46b644a) installation I'm using (but which I did not setup) has the same issue.

Additional Info:

/home/git/gitlab$ sudo -u git -H bundle exec rake gitlab:check RAILS_ENV=production
Instance method "lock!" is already defined in ActiveRecord::Base, use generic helper instead or set StateMachine::Machine.ignore_method_conflicts = true.
