Only use the first mentioned issue?

Hey,
today I pushed more commits at the same time. The first mentioned issue take an notice, that it was mentioned. Few commits later was an commit with "Fixed #\d" this issue not closed by the system and there is no notice in the issue.
All commits in develop-branch.
Bug or Feature? :P
