"All tickets" report: closed tickets not discernible

Created by: franzliedke

When I click on "All" in the ticket list, I get a non-sorted list of all tickets, whether closed or not. That alone is fine, but it is incredibly hard to see (basically not, except for looking at whether the button is titled "Reopen" or "Resolve") whether a ticket has been closed or is still opened.

How about a simple background color change? Should be doable with a simple CSS class and a little stylesheet magic. I'll try to submit a pull request, but not sure I can find my way through this app (no Rails experience).
