Cache should be automatically updated, when user changes name

This refers to the issue mentioned in issue #4987 (closed). Although, the cache can be updated manually by clearing the cache, I would argue that this should happen automatically. It is not up to administrator to manually clear the cache every time a user decides to alter the username.
