Creating a project with a README.org file containing the line:

#+OPTIONS: author:t c:nil creator:comment d:(not "LOGBOOK") date:t

Then trying to view the repository files tab gives a 500 error. In the rails production log:

I was able to work around this by removing all #+OPTIONS lines (those inserted by running the org-export-insert-default-template command in emacs).
