Extra markdown features

Created by: za-creature

Foreword: apologies if these features are already implemented; if they are, consider updating the documentation

  1. References (#id) to closed issues should be crossed
  2. There should be a way of linking to a wiki page from an issue without using relative paths: [title](../../wikis/page)
  3. Referencing an issue (#id) from a wiki page should automatically add a mentioned in page comment to the issue, just like mentioning an issue from another issue does.
