Not update v7.0.0 to latest...

Created by: scientistnik

Now Gitlab version 7.0.0 and don't up. I used this instruction: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/blob/master/doc/update/upgrader.md . But when I run ubgrade tool, nothing happened. Term command:

>if [ -f bin/upgrade.rb ]; then sudo -u git -H ruby bin/upgrade.rb; else sudo -u git -H ruby script/upgrade.rb; fi
return:
> GitLab 7 upgrade tool
Your version is 7.0.0

        from /home/git/gitlab/lib/gitlab/upgrader.rb:9:in `execute'
