Issue in install dradis framework 2.9

I am trying to work on dradis framework 2.9 but as i am new in this field so plz help me out. First of all i install ruby 1.9.3 then i install ruby devkit but now when i am trying to install dradis framework , it gives an error that it could not install ruby devkit. Next when i go to start dradis , there shows an error like this, could not find redcloth 4.2.8 in any of the sources. Plz tell me what to do next and also tell me how to log in on a localhost. kindly tell me in details as i am new.
