Hi i note this here Please add sometime support for Cygwin environment. Now it stucks on gem with name "therubyracer" that cant be compiled on cygwin(even windows)

I can test your gitlab on cygwin if any. Maybe someday:) i will

i use git & gitolite in windows environment and want thing like github for projects.
