I am trying to connect to a Gitlab running by someone else, and I have uploaded my ssh key successfully via web portal, but it always asks for password when git clone or ssh -T:

Can you please provide more information? How did you install GitLab, version and so on

The GitLab is owned by someone else, I just participate one project hosted in it. And the version of that GitLab is 7.5.3.

Does the git clone via HTTP(s)?

My guess is that the authorized_keys file is out of sync or has the wrong permissions. See the section on authorized_keys file is out of sync:
