can't reset my password

Hi, I forget my admin password, and I use 'forgot my password' to reset my password, but I can't get the reset password email, even I config the smtp, so is there any other way to reset the admin's password? gitlab 7.9 on ubuntu 14.04, installing it with steps from here https://about.gitlab.com/downloads/, thanks.
