Feature Request: Tagging Issue

Currently an issue can only be marked as "Critical", or grouped under milestones. Sometime, within same milestones, we would really need to group issues such as "enhancement", "bug", "feature request" ... etc.
A github style issue tagging would be great, and allow users to filter issues with tags in addition to current methods, and it could auto detect "#hastag" in title and apply appropriate tags.
