Hello, I just upgrade my server by this command apt-get -y update && apt-get -y upgrade and I have a feeling that break something on my Gitlab but I don't know what.

Everything works on the web interface, but when I want to clone a project it tell me that.

Cloning into `application`...
Permission denied (publickey).
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights and the repository exists.
