Resolved Autostart Issue in Wiki

In the installation wiki, there is an issue setting up GitLab to autostart: https://github.com/gitlabhq/gitlabhq/blob/stable/doc/installation.md#3-init-script
It is suggested to setup GitLab for start with the following command:
sudo update-rc.d gitlab defaults
The default start number is 20 which results in an autostart before dependent services have started resulting in a failed launch.
Adding the parameter to set the start number to 21 results in a successful boot.
To correct the issue for all new installations, I suggest replacing the above command with:
sudo update-rc.d gitlab defaults 21
