Hello! According to what i've written in #4806 i'm starting to work on bootstrap3 migration. It's deffinatelly not yet ready for merge but you'll see all the updates here.

Please ping me if you think something should be done in a different way.

Conversion of classes has been done by a custom shell script i've done and there are few errors in cause of that but i have that in mind so don't worry.

Nto yet ready to be published in any way. Maybe i shouldn't make a pull request yet but i wanted to make you know that i'm working on it. I think i'll do more in upcoming week.

@mbajur No it's a good idea to make a PR in an early state. This allows others to give feedback on the PR. I updated the title to indicate that this PR is work in progress.

@mbajur also please keep in mind that we spent a lot of time to polish GitLab UI with Bootstrap 2. We wont accept Bootstrap 3 update if UI is worse then now. Also changing design during this PR is also bad idea.

Yeah, i've noticed that. It's not a problem actually but i've just realized that i don't have that much free time right now in cause of my job and thesis so i need to postpone this PR for some time. Meanwhile i still can make some smaller tweaks. Redesign and moving to bs3 is a bit too big for me at the moment. Sorry for confusion.
