Added phusion passenger as an installation option. I find it typically easier to work with (I find unicorn has a lot of issues with the upstream part) and I use it for all of my installations.

    your manual is wrong.

    1. User gitlabhq is not sudo user.
    2. root cannot access to gittolite-admin repo

    This worked perfectly fine for my installation.

    But I still feel that phusion passenger should be added as an option, regardless of my lack of testing of my pull request. Phusion is typically a lot easier to manage. And a ton easier to install.
