Lacking in the step of getting gitlab-shell...

I followed this tutorial to install the 6-8-stable version and it lacks:
- Clone of the gitlab-shell repository;
- Change of the rake task call, firstly the name of the task now is "setup", instead of "install", secondly the version needed is already defined in code; Mading this changes, the gitlab worked fine in our servers.
