Switched position of buttons in profile/groups

What does this MR do? This MR changes the position of the "Settings" button in the groups list of a user's profile. Very often you have the position of the "Leave" and the "Settings" switched throughout the list. The change makes the style of the page a bit more streamlined.

If you are an owner of all groups or admin (your screenshot) you see settings for each row. But for regular user it looks like

@randx Thanks for the comment. I guess, you can find combinations, where the groups are sorted in a way, where either option A or option B is the best.

Regardless of that fact, I would expect "Settings" to be the more prominent/important button of the two and therefore aligned to the right. Moreover, it would be aligned with the "Settings" option in the navigation menu for a group. So the user can expect to have settings always on the right.

@dreis2211 After seeing what @randx showed, I think it's about 50/50. In that case, I lean toward leaving it as is. I'm closing for now but please feel free to continue the conversation if you disagree.
