Added a way to retrieve MR files

What does this MR do? It adds an endpoint to the API to retrieve all files that have changed in a MR, including its diff
Why was this MR needed? Currently there is no such way, this prevents systems like HoundCI to be able to communicate with GitLab
What are the relevant issue numbers / Feature requests? None that I know of
