This changes a user's dashboard/issues page to be a bit more helpful in project planning and personal organization by listing issues in chronological order, as determined by milestone dates.
Issues are first grouped by milestone (with soonest milestones first), then grouped by project
The due dates for each group are displayed
Issues with no milestone float to the top
